Although Spring Break really doesn't mean much to us, we got to meet up with some of my family who did have Spring Break at the Dallas Aquarium. Dallas is a half-way meeting point between Longview and Waco so it was a nice day trip for us to have something new to do and also get to see family!

Before heading back home, we had a nice lunch downtown where Pierson carb loaded like she was about to run a marathon! That girl ate the heck out of some garlic bread :)
